Somil Singh

Somil is a 4th year student at Northeastern University, studying Environmental Engineering with a minor in Corporate Innovation and Venture. His most recent internship experience was with Wellington Management, working on researching the impacts of climate change on key portfolio holdings and the financial markets. Additionally, he interned with DeepCharge this past summer, a startup looking to revolutionize the wireless charging space. He focused primarily on crafting the company’s sustainability mission, as well as investor outreach and pitching. On campus, Somil is currently a Senior Consultant at the Family Business Consulting Club, and has held market research positions at Bull & Bear Research. Finally, he was also a finalist at Northeastern’s Husky Startup Challenge, a pitch competition looking to identify startup groups which have proposed compelling business models and encouraging forecasts and projections. 

 In his free time, Somil enjoys playing golf and basketball, as well as lifting weights to help stay active. He is looking forward to applying a startup and investment background to help identify promising startup opportunities.
